Benefits Eligibility

You and your dependents are eligible for benefits if you’re an active full-time employee, scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. The following benefits begin after the first of the month, following the date of hire:

Several BCBS options are available, including HMO and PPO plans. HMO plans include Baylor Scott & White and THR networks.

There are two dental plans available through Principal. StrideCare covers much of the cost of the premium.

StrideCare offers coverage through Principal. The network is VSP.

Salary paid

Life D&D

We provide 100% of your salary, up to $50,000, at no cost to you.

Life Insurance

Voluntary Life & AD&D

Employees who want to supplement the Basic Life & AD&D may purchase additional coverage.

StrideCare provides company-paid short-term and long-term disability through Principal.

401k

401k

Eligibility in Mass Mutual 401(k) plan immediately upon hire. Employer match is determined annually.

Paid time off

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) is earned throughout the year, and the accrual rate is based on years of service. Employees may draw upon their PTO balance for vacation, sick leave, medical appointments, family illness, or any leave of absence.
